ADMISSION POLICY AND REQUIREMENTS

The enrolling students will be required to provide the following documentation at the time of enrollment before acceptance into the program.

An unexpired Valid Photo ID as proof of identification must be presented at the time of registration along with the following requirements:

• Be at least 17 years of age or older

and

• Valid State Issued Identification 
• Valid State Issued Driver’s License 
• Valid Military Issued Identification 
• Valid Passport

and

• Provide a Social Security number and/or proof of eligible non-citizenship status if applicable.

        1. Provide proof of secondary or Post-secondary education (e.g a high school diploma, a GED certificate, an official transcript showing secondary school completion, a state certification of home school completion, college diploma, or college transcripts). Should an enrolling student provide a foreign high school diploma, the institution will work with the student to obtain an English translation of the document along with confirmation that the education received is equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma.

      2. If the prospective student is a transfer, additional documents may be required such as Official Transcript from previous school. (See section Transfers from other Schools below). If the prospective student is a returning student all previous financial obligations must be cleared before re-enrolling.

     3.  Nail Boss Academy complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; the school facility is wheelchair accessible.

     4.  Nail Boss Academy does not currently offer a Comprehensive Transition Postsecondary Program for students with intellectual disabilities.
